What to Bring...What to Leave at Home
PACKING LIST
Your Bible, a notebook, and a pen or mechanical pencil Personal Toiletries (soap, shampoo, deodorant, etc.) Prescription Medications--NOTE: NC law now requires that all medications MUST be in original containers. Do not put them in pill boxes or plastic bags. Bedding, such as sleeping bags, pillows, sheet, blanket Towels and washcloths Modest swimsuits (no 2-piece or high-thigh cut suits allowed) Old tennis shoes and sandals--shoes or sandals must be worn at all times Durable, modest casual clothing Old clothes to get dirty and wet in Jacket or sweatshirt Raingear Spending money for the Eagle’s Nest Sunglasses, bug spray, disposable camera, flashlight
LEAVE AT HOME LIST Portable radios, CD/tape players (boom boxes), DVD players. Personal walkman styles with headphones are allowed with limited use. Cell phones and/or pagers Laptop computers Coolers, candy, and/or drinks from home Tight fitting shirts and/or lowrider/hiphugger pants Skateboards Weapons (knives, firearms, etc.) Illegal substances (tobacco, cigarettes, alcohol, etc.)
